🚨 Our employer has refused to meet for 90 days

Even after NWRESD unilaterally cancelled our scheduled bargaining sessions in direct violation of our established ground rules, we are still interested in sitting down and bargaining in good faith with them. 

They have repeatedly refused our calls to sit down, continue to narrow our difference, and work towards an agreement for staff. Instead choosing to wait 90 consecutive days without bargaining before sitting down for our first mediation session. 

During this time our employer has agreed to even more language for our licensed peers that they have repeatedly denied to classified staff- so we know movement can be made when the parties commit to negotiate.

If NWRESD is serious in their concerns to reach an agreement as expediently as possible, they will sit down and do the work with us to make that happen.
