Full Time Employees accrue sick leave at the rate of ten days (10) per year or one (1) day for each month worked, whichever is greater. 

Part-time employees accrue sick leave on a pro rated basis, according to the percentage of a full-time schedule that you are scheduled to work. The sick leave paid for a day of illness for a part-time employee will be based on the number of hours the employee was scheduled to work that day. 

In both cases, sick leave time should be credited to you at the beginning of your work year for the ESD.
